Candy UI Kit is licensed, not sold. Your marketplace receipt, order confirmation, or written license certificate serves as proof of license and identifies the authorized Licensee and applicable license type.

Use of this Product is governed by both:

1. `DUAKODE-FOUNDRY-COMMERCIAL-LICENSE.md`; and
2. `UI-KIT-PRODUCT-TERMS.md`.

The Standard Commercial License permits one individual Authorized User to use and modify Candy UI Kit in an unlimited number of permitted personal, client, and commercial End Products. It does not permit sharing, resale, sublicensing, source redistribution, public-repository publication, or use in a competing UI kit, template, asset pack, builder, generator, marketplace resource, or similar reusable product.

Third-party materials remain subject to the licenses identified in `THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.md` and accompanying license files.
