Yes, subject to the product license included in the package. The kit itself may not be resold or redistributed as a standalone product.
It is primarily a code-based HTML and CSS UI kit. Icons are editable SVG vectors. Flattened PNG screens, PSD, AI, and Figma source files are not included.
Yes, as a DOM-based UI layer or by adapting the SVG assets and visual system. It is not supplied as native Phaser Game Objects or a Phaser plugin.
No. It uses standard HTML, CSS, and SVG and can run without npm or a compilation step.
